Slip and slide: South Louisiana went to sleep Tuesday night looking at a gorgeous blanket of snow. We awoke this morning to that same blanket — only with a sheet of ice covering a lot of roadways. Ugh! Like a the hangover after a great night out. And the uh, brisk, temperatures will be with us into tomorrow. That much, huh? Tuesday’s epic snowfall tied a very old record in New Orleans.
