Research from HarrisX for Deseret News shows that more Republican voters see former President Donald Trump as a person of faith than his 2024 GOP presidential nomination rivals. While 53% of Republicans indicated Trump is a person of faith, 52% said the same about former Vice President Mike Pence, and 47% said the same about Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Full Story.

An appeals court panel has issued a revised injunction that limits communication between social media platforms and a federal cybersecurity agency. A three-judge panel of the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order Tuesday adding the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to the list of government entities whose interactions with social media platforms have been restricted. Twenty-six state attorneys general in the U.S. are calling on Pornhub's parent company, Aylo, to explain what steps it has taken to address a "loophole" a longtime employee said in an undercover video allows abusers to profit from sex abuse material on its platforms. The video showed a technical product manager saying users can bypass Pornhub's age and consent verification process, but Pornhub managers refuse to address it to avoid losing money. Read more.
Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, was carjacked at gunpoint outside his Washington, D.C., residence on Monday. Cuellar, who has three brothers in law enforcement, expressed his gratitude for the Capitol Police and Metro police for recovering his vehicle within two hours, calling himself a "big law enforcement person." Decorated military aviator and North Dakota State Sen. Doug Larsen, his wife, Amy, and their two young sons died Sunday after a single-engine aircraft the senator was flying crashed shortly after he took off from the Canyonlands Regional Airport in Utah.
