Anita Begnaud has resigned from her position as CEO of the Downtown Development Authority effective Dec. 20. Begnaud, who took over the position five years ago, is leaving to take a position vice president of marketing and communications at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, Virginia’s economic development authority.
