Program coordinators can use this workbook to create a self-learning plan, to aid in the creation of a procedural manual for their offices, to identify areas for personal and program improvement, and to prepare for ACGME continuous accreditation through education. Although created for the individual coordinator, this tool can also be purchased and distributed by GME offices as a way to support the education of their program managers and staff.
