A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. A U.S. jury has found Chiquita liable in the deaths of eight Colombians at the hands of a terrorist group, awarding their families $38.3 million. Also, we're covering another judge's departure from Hong Kong's top court. And a Canadian judge has ruled that Ukrainian Airlines must compensate families of those killed in the downing of its airline over Iran in January 2020.
