Another Louisiana parish grapples with solar power

As solar power "farms" become increasingly common, different Louisiana parishes are taking different approaches. 

Some have opened their doors, welcoming the construction jobs and tax revenue solar can bring. Others have taken a tougher approach, as residents worry about the rows and rows of solar panels becoming eyesores and companies gobbling up farmland. 

St. James Parish is the latest to grapple with the issue, and it seems to be landing on the tougher side. Here are the kind of rules parish leaders are considering, including "buffer zones" wider than those required for chemical plants.
