Hope you're enjoying the extended weekend! Much like yesterday, there will be a chance for spotty, isolated storms across South Central Texas today. Unfortunately, we could use the rain, and the chance today is only 20%.

Most of us will remain rain-free with highs climbing into the upper-90s with a heat index near 100°.

Labor Day will be sunny and hot. Once again, highs will push close to the century mark. At least there will be a breeze from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.
