BLOWHARD: Barely a week after a pair of tornadoes scarred the New Orleans area, another thunderstorm approaches Wednesday with the potential to spin off twisters. (Check the latest timetable on NOLA.com.) In Arabi, gouged by one of the March 22 tornadoes, residents, work crews and volunteers labored mightily to get as much debris out to the curb and into trucks to be hauled away ahead of the next threat.

BLOW NOTES: With a few minor adjustments, the 2022 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival - the first in three years - seems likely to look, sound, feel, smell and taste like Jazz Fest. Here are the changes and the scheduling cubes.

BLOWN OUT: Now we know how a single bird flapping its wings on March 9 short-circuited almost 10,000 Entergy New Orleans customers, including the Smoothie King Center, Tulane Medical School and some Poydras Street office buildings, for as long as 31 hours.
