We are delighted to present the catalogue for our next Antiques, Interiors and Books Auction taking place over two days on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th July.  The auction features a variety of items with over 900 lots to suit all styles, tastes and budgets.  Whether you are looking for furniture, art or jewellery, all lots have one thing in common, they are always a sustainable choice compared with buying new.

Day one features our usual mix of collectables and home interior items and Day two includes books, maps and postcards for collectors and enthusiasts.

Lot 134 - Jaacov Agam (Israeli, 1928-), abstract work, multi-coloured geometric shapes on a blue ground, signed in pencil lower right and numbered lower left '197/200', Gallery 17, Shrewsbury label verso, 'Solfege fusion', screenprint, 56 x 57cm (I)

Lot 602 - A large Empire style gilt metal and glass beaded 'tent and bag' chandelier, 20th century, with central eight-head lamp inside the bag, the cast festooned rim issuing six scroll branches with smaller bead bag lights, drop 92cm, width 92cm.
Estimate: £300 - £500

Lot 645 - A Victorian mahogany framed leather button-back sofa, with scroll arms and back buttoned over a plain seat, upholstered in dark red leather with rope piping, the show wood of scroll form, raised on scroll front supports and square-section back supports, 206cm wide x 80cm deep x 80cm high, seat height 42cm.
Estimate: £700 - £1,000

Lot 652 – A mid 20th century teak sideboard, probably Elliots of Newbury (EoN) and retailed by Grange of London, of ty[pical low line form with four central drawers flanked by twin cupboard doors, opening to an adjustable shelf, raised on slender tapering supports, 185cm wide x 45cm deep x 66cm high.
Estimate: £200 - £300

Lot 1126 - COOK, Captain James, Plate volume only from Troisieme Voyage de Cook, 4 vols, Paris 1785, 4to. With 87 of 88 plates and maps. Lacks carte general (large folding map). Contemporary quarter calf, blue paper-covered boards.

Lot 1183 – DULAC, Edmund. The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam 4to, Hodder and Stoughton (1919). With 20 tipped-in colour plates. One of 750 signed and numbered copies. Original full vellum gilt, top edge gilt, other edges uncut. Lacks silk tie.
