Only in Florida: Easter Bunny hit-and-run Florida is famous for many things, but none are more memorable than the stateâs penchant for weird news. Just last year, the state made headlines again, due to the antics of the Easter Bunny, or rather, a man dressed in the costume who was caught on camera in a viral street fight. But this year, he wonât be delivering baskets, thanks to his involvement in a hit-and-run. Authorities captured Antoine McDonald, a man with a habit of wearing a bunny suit, riding his motorcycle in-costume and crashing it into a carport. Not only did he run a stop sign in the process, but the entire carport collapsed on the vehicle parked there. McDonald fled the scene, but it was too late for the Easter Bunny â authorities saw the whole thing. The Bunny denies any involvement, but weâre pretty sure the Florida Highway Patrol will crack him like an egg. Ainât he a stinker?
