Good evening,

Good evening,

The weekend cannot come soon enough for deal makers!

This week had everything: Transurban‘s $11 billion deal and $4 billion rights issue, AusNet Services’ new blockbuster M&A battle, Sandfire Resources’ bet the company acquisition and raising, and a cast of IPOs trying to get investor attention.

Tonight we wrap up a big week for APA Group, have a new PE deal at Alceon, and get some numbers from SG Lottery’s cornerstone talks.

There’s also pitching to look forward to at Fonterra, and we found out who is mandated to sell South32’s Eagle Downs.

Happy reading,

Anthony Macdonald, Yolanda Redrup and Kanika Sood
