The rocket will probably fly fine if the fins are relatively straight, but getting the precise alignment is a mark of a true craftsman. Other people will notice when the fins don't line up, and if you consider yourself to be a expert rocketeer, this can be embarrassing. In this video, I'll show you two different ways to get perfect alignment of your fins. I'm sure that when your friends see your rockets, they will probably ask you how you did it. | “Back in the late 60's to mid-70's I built and flew model rockets, then life got in the way. I vowed that someday I would start flying again. I was looking seriously at several rocket suppliers for the past year, but kept coming back to Apogee's marvelous website and videos. I retired this past June, and finally took the plunge and ordered a mid-power rocket and accessories from Apogee in July 2021, and I am a happy camper. Tim has been great with follow-up e-mails, and I'm about to order more stuff. Thank you Tim for running such an exemplary company, and continuing to produce such wonderful instructional videos. Also, thanks for shipping my order so quickly. You have gained a life-long customer! ” -- Bruce Pikaard (Palm Coast, Florida) | |

I'm now actively seeking writers for articles to appear in this newsletter. And I want unique and cutting-edge articles because that is what you want to read, right? I realize this, so to get articles from outside writers that have the same level of quality, I'm going to have to pay a lot of cash to make it worth it for them. So I've come up with a compensation package where I'll pay up to $350 for good how-to articles. Are you a writer, and does that interest you? That is a lot of cash! Far more than you'll get by writing for other magazines. And with over 23,000 worldwide subscribers, if you write for the Peak-of-Flight Newsletter, you'll gain a lot of notoriety.
