Appeals court upholds $30 million judgment against operator of East Cleveland recycling site

The July 2021 ruling against George Michael Riley and his companies for the management of the ARCO Recycling site on Noble Road in East Cleveland is the largest environmental judgment in state history, according to the AG's office.
