Apple CEO Tim Cook has bought a lavish La Quinta home. Although the deal actually closed two years ago, it was unclear who had purchased the 10,000-square-foot mansion, which sits within the exclusive Madison Club golf community and sports views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Elsewhere, the Hilton family is selling their Bel Air "project," a $55 million mansion they built on speculation. Owned by Rick Hilton and listed with his son Barron Hilton II, the house was decorated by "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kathy Hilton.
