Apple has had a lot of success by going the “think different” route. This week it announced it is adding a suite of GenAI products to all its versions of iOS. Is this a “different” too far? While some consumers are curious about AI, few have shown much interest in using it. Also, this comes when businesses are cutting back on AI implementations because of the cost and high failure rate.
