Apple Pie Banana Bread

By attosa

Apple Pie Banana Bread on plateThis is a delicious cross between a nutty banana bread and a silky apple pie that contains no eggs. I came up with this because I went away for several days and came back to extra ripe bananas, apples, and a fridge with no eggs. I added the walnuts to the top instead of mixing it in the batter so it was more of a crust layer that added to the apple pie qualities. If you use a nut or coconut milk, this will be vegan. Enjoy!

Melted Cheese Topping

By suz1230

Melted cheese in a pan for topping a burger. Normally when I bake anything with a cheese topping, the cheese always gets baked right on it. But, when I make homemade hamburgers, I don't melt the cheese on the meat patties anymore because the cheese seems to melt and spread off of the patty and then slides off into the skillet, then half of the cheese ends up in the bottom of the pan, which usually ends up a burnt cheese mess with the cooked hamburger patties.
