Lightning strikes twice: Man wins millions from a 10-year old scratcher

Do you have any “lucky” items you keep with you at all times? For some, a lucky trinket is an item of comfort while for others, it’s a source of wealth. After all, how else do you explain the absurd powers of a particular coin owned by a man who won not one, but two lottery scratchers worth millions of dollars?

Mark Clark of South Rockwood, Michigan has been keeping a coin on his person for over 10 years that his father gave him before he died. This is what he uses to scratch lottery tickets he buys, and just this year, he’s managed to net approximately $2.5 million in winnings. But that’s not all he’s won recently. In 2017, he used the same coin to win $4 million from another scratcher. At this point in time, he might end up making more money selling the coin to some high-rolling gamblers instead of playing the lottery!
