A patent that has come to light indicates that Apple will be next to market with a foldable phone, the website Telecoms reports. But this is no indication that the iPhone maker will leap into the market for this kind of phone any time soon.

The US Justice Department is considering whether to investigate Google for alleged anti-trust violations, a report in The New York Times claims.
