Perhaps it makes you think about where to camp at Roskilde Festival. We have several options. One of these options – which we're making as desirable as possible – is our community camping. Areas with a dedicated green profile.

We must keep our community great at Roskilde Festival. A part of it is to break with the throw-away culture.

As a kind of green heart in the middle of the campsite (see the map below), we have moved our community camping areas to central locations. Everyone can live in these areas. No extra ticket is required. But it requires that you want to be a part of a sustainable festival culture. Therefore, we ask everyone to apply to live in the area.

It's important for us that we can join forces in the fight for a more sustainable festival. Having fun is no antithesis to caring about the environment. We hope that you're up for this joint responsibility.

Apply for a spot at our green community camping

If you want a central spot for your camp and be a part of some fantastic communities where we keep the party going while keeping Roskilde green, then you should apply now.

Follow the link below and have a closer look at the map of the campsite. You may notice that the site is organised differently compared to earlier years. The heart of the campsite is green, and we're expanding our Get A Place areas in East. They also have a green profile.

Reserve your own festival spot with Get A Place

We have expanded the eastern part of the campsite with Get A Place. Areas you can reserve for you and your camp until Sunday 26 June at 16:00. Get A Place add-on tickets with 50-square-metre areas go on sale on 8 March at 12:00. The price is DKK 1250 + fee. Moreover, you have to pay a deposit which you will get back once the area is cleaned up before you head home from the festival.

On the map above, you can see which areas are available. Look for the areas called Get A Place S.
