Spanish literature is looking out to international publishers, with 500 million Spanish speakers and a strong publishing sector, SpainFrankfurt 2022 wants to make titles available to readers all around the world.

The new call for AC/E Grants for Translation and Support for Illustration offers increased funding to international publishers for books published in any of the Spanish official languages. Additional support may be awarded to Spanish illustrated works.

You will find a selection of 500 titles of all genres (fiction, essay, biography, YAL, illustrated albums) available for licensing.
The literary and professional programme that Spain carried out at the Frankfurt Buchmesse (October 14 to 18) offered during the 5 days of fair, including 13 live meetings with 27 hours of streaming programming, and more than 50 hours of content filming.
