| 2024年2月、TokyoDexは総合不動産デベロッパーである関電不動産開発株式会社の渋谷の新しいオフィスでのアートを手掛けました。ビル全体のデザインに関わらせていただいた今回のプロジェクトはTokyoDexにとって初の試みであり、完成したことを非常に嬉しく思います。関電不動産開発は渋谷に新しいオフィステナントビルを建てる際、「入居者に愛着を持って働いてほしい、渋谷らしいビルにしたい」と考えました。そこでTokyoDexは洗練された遊び心のある4名のアーティストと共にアートプリントを制作し、トイレと屋上ラウンジの合計23箇所に展示しました。気分転換ができる場所であって欲しいと考えられたトイレでは、アーティストの moriyuu、糸川優、Shinya Ogiwaraが各々考える「リチャージの源」をテーマに作品を制作。見晴しが良い共用スペース・Sora Loungeは「くつろぎ」を元に、渋谷の街並みや空の色が変わっていく様子を描いた作品をアーティストのMariya Suzukiが制作。ビルの在り方について一歩先を考える関電不動産開発とだからこそ実現できる、入居者に寄り添うアートが散りばめられた空間となりました。
In February 2024, TokyoDex was commissioned to create art for the new Shibuya offices of the integrated real estate developer, Kanden Realty ＆ Development Co.,Ltd. This was TokyoDex's first attempt at designing an entire building, and we are very pleased to have succeeded. Following the completion of a new office building in Shibuya, Kanden Real Estate Development aimed to foster a sense of belonging among its tenants while capturing the essence of Shibuya's vibrant spirit within the premises. TokyoDex collaborated with four artists to curate playful yet sophisticated art installations across 23 locations within the building, ranging from restrooms to rooftop lounges. For the restrooms, seen as spaces for rejuvenation, artists Moriyuu, Yū Itokawa, and Shinya Ogiwara explored the theme of "recharging" in their creations. Meanwhile, Mariya Suzuki's artwork at the Sora Lounge –– a communal area boasting panoramic views –– depicted Shibuya's ever-changing streets and skies under the theme of "relaxation." Through this initiative, Kanden Real Estate Development crafted a forward-thinking environment, enriching the building with art that resonates with and embraces its tenants. |
