NATIONAL: Nonprofit organization Baby2Baby will host an Instagram Live event on May 9. Featuring attendees such as Jessica Alba, Chrissy Tiegen, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Busy Philipps, the Mother's Day-focused event will support families impacted by the
COVID-19 crisis.

LOS ANGELES: Starting today, Wolfgang Puck Catering has begun offering curbside pickup of meal kits, comfort food such as mac 'n' cheese, fresh produce boxes, and beer and wine selections. Contactless pickup takes place at the Hollywood & Highland garage valet.

MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA: Mentalist Wayne Hoffman has launched two new virtual options: a virtual mind-reading and illusion show called "Distant Deceptions," and a virtual adaption of his keynote "The Power and Potential of the Human Mind." Hoffman is based in Estero but is available for events around the world.

NASHVILLE: The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp has hired Jennifer Sullivan as director of its mid-Atlantic regional office, based in Washington, D.C. Sullivan previously worked for Destination Cleveland.

NEW YORK: Robin Hood and iHeartMedia are teaming up to host the "Rise Up New York!" telethon on May 11. The hourlong event, which will help the city's response to COVID-19, will be hosted by Tina Fey and feature appearances from the likes of Barbra Streisand, Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert De Niro, and Governor Andrew Cuomo.
