The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit grants oral arguments at one of the lowest rates. That's according to our first item today, which surveys which federal circuits grant argument for their cases most often. Read our first item today for details. Also, the state Supreme Court has agreed to consider whether decades-old case law on the statutory employer defense should stand.
