"A general goal that I accomplished that I'm proud of is reading 100 books in a year. That's a throwback as I was ages 10-16 for that. I'm adult now and don't have that kind of time for leisure reading. It's mainly all psychology here. A more recent goal was that I ran a mile without stopping. I've never been able to do that before and it was a nice achievement."
