People are desperate to buy, but all the baby boomers in those houses are in no hurry to sell right now.
But as I wrote on MNN for years, you have to look at the demographics, and in a decade or so when those boomers have to sell, will there be anyone who can or wants to buy? There are so many things going on here, including a big kick in the butt from the coronavirus. | | |
