| | Hi , We are going into the second quarter of 2019 and hope that all is going as planned with your sales numbers. There are many factors that come into play when you are building your sales team. It may seem difficult to know if someone is a Sales Wolf or not when you interview them but you can always distinguish a naturally born Sales Wolf than one who is not. Sounds like a pretty easy concept, right? Pick out the stars and build the biggest rock star team? Wrong. Perhaps a full team of sales wolves isn't what you seek, is it? Yes. It Is. Sales hiring is a very difficult and messy process and many times you end up hiring someone who is not capable and cannot meet the needs of the role. Even the most seasoned managers hire a dud here and there. But if you identify out the key traits to what will meet the needs of your business, you can get much closer to that sales pack team. You can build a great team, but if you allow outside factors to disturb your mental state, it will be much more challenging for you to stay focused at work and be able to produce numbers for your team. If a salesperson continues to manifest that they cannot meet a sales goal because it is too high or unable to meet company sales standards, they will certainly fail at their job. But if a Sales Wolf has the mindset that they will succeed and crush that sales goal, they will. Always remember, your sales numbers are a direct reflection of your mindset and that of your sales team. Happy selling. Rock on.
