Looking ahead to 2022.

As the year draws to a close a lot of us focus on the what's coming up in the future - but do you ever take time to reflect on the year that has been? This week, we're talking about resolutions, and why we're looking backward AS WELL as forward this month.

Let's reflect

We know that the end of the year is typically a time for resolutions, for giving up chocolate or for exercising more. But we also know that 80% of resolutions fail by February.

Why?

Because most resolutions start with "I won't", or "I shouldn't."

We think that resolutions should be about reflection. About recognising the progress you've made in the previous year, and about setting meaningful goals for yourself for the year to come.

That's why we don't want to spend our time focussing on what we can't do, what we shouldn't do, and more time focussing on what we can do.

Discover your goals for 2022 with our 3 quick tips for setting your new year's resolution.
