Happy New Year!

One of the maintenance tasks I do yearly is change the copyright dates in the footer of Simply Canning... I noticed something. I started Simply Canning back in 2009, This is my 10th year! I've learned so much over the years and met some truly wonderful people.

2018 has been a year of growth for Simply Canning. It was getting too hard for me to keep up with all that needed to be don so I added a few people to my team. They have turned out to be precious to me! So. much. help! I love my team. :) With the added help we started our membership area for those who want more training and video instruction. If you want to learn canning but are stuck and afraid the membership is perfect for you. Simply Canning School

Canning Safety - Just about every January I remind you all to start out right and learn about how to can safely. 2019 is no different. There is no need to be afraid. There is no reason you can’t preserve your own food! No not one. Just do it right. And as I always say "Doing it right isn't hard"

Tips for Home Canning Tomatoes - I'm guessing that most of you don't have tomatoes ripe of the vine this time of year...(we are having snowy weather!) But I've started taking some live videos I've done on FB and adding them to Simply Canning as articles for your reference because I know a lot of you don't... do... facebook. I don't blame you.
