And the most underrated nutritional powerhouse

As I stood in line to pay for a slice of carrot cake at my local bakery, the tip jar next to the cash register caught my attention. In "the before times" I've always tucked in a dollar bill, but during the pandemic I've been leaving significantly higher tips for delivery people — so why not give more to these bakery workers who spend all day in a tiny COVID tinderbox? It got me thinking about who I need to give more consideration to, and what percentage I should be giving them. Reporter Garin Pirnia's How Much Should You Tip For Food During The COVID-19 Pandemic? highlights just how crucial tips are for so many workers. Read up and you’ll realize what a difference you can make. Have a great weekend and be generous!
