ARC reception this Saturday

February 27 – March 4, 2018, (10:30am – 6:30pm daily) Location: “Gallery M” at Minatomirai Station (map) (Yokohama, Japan) I will be showing some panoramic images in this large group exhibition. I am excited to have my first exhibition of prints in Japan – after many years shooting the Japanese cItyscape. I will also participate in a BAPC group exhibition, Places Of Change that will be part of this event. The larger exhibition is called Making of a Beautiful Bridge and is organized by SAMURAI FOTO which is a member-based photo collective that is partnering with BAPC. .

48 PILLARS@ ARC Studios & Gallery February 24 – April 14 Opening Reception: Saturday, February 24th, 7-9pm (I won't be able to attend since i'll be in Yokohama preparing for that exhibition) Artists Talk and Closing Reception: April 14th, 12-3PM I will have two specially mounted vertical panoramas in this exhibition. 48 Pillars was inspired by a chance encounter at Flax with a close-out sale of deep vertical panels, 48” x 12” x 1 5/8”. 24 local Bay Area artists will produce two pieces each on these identically sized panels that will exactly ring the gallery – 48 works total.
