LABA BAY FELLOWSHIP As a 2025 LABA fellow, I am excited to join a cohort of 10 artists exploring this year’s theme, Change. We meet monthly to study classical Jewish texts, engage in discussions, and develop new work inspired by these ideas. The fellowship will culminate in an exhibition at the end of the year, showcasing our creative explorations.

LABA: A Laboratory for Jewish Culture is an artists residency across all disciplines that uses classic Jewish texts to inspire the creation of art, culture, conversation, and community. Established in 2007 at the 14th Street Y in New York City, LABA has expanded internationally with hubs in Buenos Aires, Berlin, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Barcelona. The program presents Judaism's rich literary and intellectual tradition in a free and creative setting, aiming to spark new thought and creative work. Learn more at: labalab.org |
