It looks like Ariana Grande is making big moves to expand her real estate portfolio. The pop singer bought a $13.7 million Hollywood Hills mansion and a $6.7 million Montecito estate less than a year ago, and now she’s plunked down $8.9 million for a Bird Streets cottage. Meanwhile, over in Sherman Oaks, Lil Nas X has officially become a homeowner, just as he announced on Instagram and TikTok. The “Old Town Road” rapper dropped about $2.4 million on a remodeled 1950s house that features stunning views of the San Fernando Valley skyline.
