This will secure your spot in the waiting list, and one of us will be in touch to talk through configurations. We’ll be aiming to deliver the cameras on a first-come first-serve policy. At this stage we will not be taking deposits, this will happen after we confirm with you the package and accessories you are after.
Where can I see the camera?
We’re kicking things off with launch events in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane from the 1st-9th June. Spots are limited, and you can register using the link below. Image Quality - New Super 35 format native 4K 3:2 sensor that runs up to 120fps
- 17 Stops of Dynamic Range, 2.5 stops more than previous ARRI cameras, with 1.5 stops more in highlights and 1 stop in shadows
- More contrast with stray-light optimised lens mounts
- Increased sensitivity ranging from EI 160 to EI 6400
- Optional Enhanced Sensitivity Mode from EI 2560 to EI 6400, for even cleaner images in low light
REVEAL Colour Science - ARRI Debayer Algorithm ADA-7, converting ARRIRAW to RBG image data with cleaner images and colour edges, great for green screen
- ARRI Colour Engine ACE4, transforms RGB image data into AWG4 colour space, for more accurate colour reproduction, more natural skin tones, better colour tracking and differentiation across all exposure levels, improved saturated colours
- ARRI Wide Gamut AWG4, the new colour space for faster and easier grading with more accurate colour space conversions, larger than Rec 2020 whilst minimising “virtual colours” and fully compatible with ACES
- LogC4 Tonal Curve, captures the sensors increased dynamic range, with the same curve used for all EI/ISO settings
- LogC4 Look Up Tables, a redesigned LUT workflow that separates creative intent from display colour space, enabling LUT intensity adjustments in camera, and the ability to use the same look file for SDR and HDR displays.

The ALEXA 35 Lightweight Set starts at $106,900 ex GST, and the Production Set starts at $110,900 ex GST, however with a completely new range of accessories and media, it’s best to register your order at the link below and we will contact you to secure your camera package.
Will this replace the ALEXA Mini LF and ALEXA LF?
The ALEXA Mini LF and ALEXA LF are still our flagship large format cameras moving forward, and remain the ideal choice for Large Format productions. There will not be a large format version of the ALEXA 35 for the foreseeable future.
