The week's biggest real estate stories.
After 30 years of ownership, comedian legend Arsenio Hall has quietly sold his 34-acre Los Angeles compound for $9 million. The hilltop estate is one of the largest compounds in the Topanga area, including a 10,000-square-foot main mansion, two additional buildings, a full-size tennis court, grassy lawns and a pergola-shaded pond. Elsewhere, Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song have picked up Kiefer Sutherland’s Toluca Lake estate. The 1930s home, originally designed by noted architect Paul Williams, includes a spacious backyard with a rectangular pool, a sundeck and a terrace ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. |
