Well, hello to everyone! Hoping this newsletter finds you and your family all healthy and happy. (And getting lots of housecleaning and yardwork done! Ha!)
No, seriously, this is a very difficult time for us all. Most of us have never seen anything like it. Staying safe is what we need to do, sadly that means missing family and friends until somehow this awful virus may be cleared up. Prayers for each and every one of us that this may happen in the not too distant future.
I find myself kind of going crazy. The Art Room has been closed for three weeks now. I have stopped in twice to get mail, it looked so quiet and empty without you guys. So I am here today to do the newsletter and create! I must create! I am so looking forward to it! It truly feels like something has been missing - my brain has been creating, but my hands have not been working on a project.
Now today is the day to make some cards!
We are excited to say that there will be "Cards Kits!" available for pick up curbside here at the Art Room, or to be mailed USPS beginning this Friday, April 24th. They will be in sets of five cards, complete with all materials and directions to create them. All you will need to complete these kits is your favorite adhesives. and we have them also, if you need to purchase.
This first set of kits are themed "Pretty in Pink!" and you will be able to view them via fb later in the week. "Card Kits!" are $25.00 and may be purchased curbside by cash, check or charge. I will be here at the shop Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. ( I can meet you at another time if that may be more convenient for you.)
Mailed "Card KIts!" may be purchased by check or charge, please.$25.00 plus shipping.
We will be doing these "Card Kits!" twice a month, beginning in May, and will keep you posted of what and when...
Can't wait to begin, so that's what I'm going to do right now!
