Kelvin Ridgley, who took over as head of transportation for Baton Rouge public schools nine days before the start of the 2023-24 school year, started the job amid school bus chaos that dragged on for weeks. Seven months later, Ridgley says he’s resigning. He sent out an email to the schools administration Monday morning.
