As Real ID Deadline Nears, Oklahoma Turns to PayIt The state is one of just three without official federal approval of its identification cards as Real ID-compliant, and in October all Americans will need such a card in order to fly. Now, Oklahoma has launched a vehicle registration renewal and birth certificate request portal with the startup PayIt.
