ASAP gets booted off Nasdaq after year-long battle to raise stock price

Good morning, Acadiana businesss news readers. Let's get down to the business news of the day. 

ASAP, the Lafayette delivery company formerly known as Waitr, will be kicked off the Nasdaq Capital Market in the coming days for failing to raise its stock price by a Jan. 23 deadline, according to federal filings.

The company’s stock closed at 42 cents per share Wednesday, down 16 cents.
