Dear Friends and Supporters,
We’re excited to announce the Aspen Ideas Festival will return to in-person programming next year! Mark your calendars — the Festival will take
place June 25 – July 1, 2022, on our campus in Aspen, Colorado. Aspen Ideas: Health will open the Festival, June 22 - 25. Passes go on sale Wednesday, January 12, 2022 on our website. We’ll email you a link to register.
We’re also thrilled to announce we’ll be working closely with NBCUniversal News Group in 2022. As the Festival’s new media partner, we’re collaborating with NBCUniversal’s editorial team to create engaging and informative content that features NBC's top talent, share “Aspen Ideas” with new audiences across a range of NBCUniversal platforms from NBC Nightly News
to Noticias Telemundo, and work together to promote the kinds of ideas that address and, we hope, inspire our collective future.
The Festival will focus on six substantive themes that speak to this unique moment in history. Heat, Power, Human Connection, Trust, Money, and Beauty will guide conversations among thinkers, writers, artists, policymakers, business leaders, educators, and other visionaries from around the globe. Read more about our program tracks. On-stage programming is only part of the world-class Festival experience. Attendees also have exceptional opportunities to interact with speakers — on footpaths and sidewalks, over lunch on the lawn or coffee at the espresso bar. The intimacy of Festival gatherings is what makes Aspen Ideas unique and unforgettable.
This year we encourage you to book lodging early. Aspen’s lodging properties are experiencing unprecedented demand, so finding available lodging is more challenging than in the past. Find a list of lodging options here and please don’t wait!
We’re looking forward to producing an exciting event that embraces people’s enthusiasm to reconvene in-person. We can’t wait to have you back in Aspen or welcome you for the first time! Watch your inbox or visit our website — more to come!
