Five people were killed and more are feared dead in a community northwest of Dallas as violent storms and tornadoes swept through the region overnight.

Cooke County Sheriff Ray Sappington told NBC News early Sunday that in addition to the five deaths, up to 80 people were believed to be trapped in a Shell gas station that had collapsed.
