At this downtown Lafayette bar, the windows are blacked out and you'll need a code to get in

Welcome to another edition of the Acadiana Business Newsletter. Let's just get to the headlines.

We've got this interesting story to lead off about a speakeasy-type bar that will open in downtown Lafayette in the former Legacy space. You'll need a code to get in, and you won't be able to look in from outside the building since the windows will be blacked out. 

Sounds unique, right? 

"It's just kind of putting that extra layer of security that will drive people back to downtown," owner Mia Stanford said.
