EVENT DETAILS

Date: Oct 20-27 (Sunday to Sunday)
Location: Algarve, Portugal
Registration Fee: €150 per delegate. This fee is Nonrefundable (no exceptions) and must be processed prior to event (no exceptions). Included: all transfers, meals and stays mentioned on the event program and post tour itineraries. Domestic flights for the post tours in Portugal will be included.
Not Included: roundtrip flights from USA and Canada to Portugal.

Please submit your application through the application form. Completing this application will take several minutes. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Only applications from US and Canada based companies will be considered.

Application submission will end on July 5. The vetting process will take place until July 12.

You will be notified regarding your selection status. Please note that this is not a registration, and a position is not guaranteed. Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate all interested parties.

To allow for new participants, travel advisors who attended the 2023 Marketplace will not be considered for this edition.

By submitting this registration for the 2024 Visit Portugal Travel Trade Marketplace | US & CANADA, I understand that:

1. Event dates are Sunday, Oct 20 through Sunday, Oct 27, 2024;
2. Registration Fee is €150. This fee is Nonrefundable (no exceptions), and payment must be processed prior to event (no exceptions).
3. Only domestic flights within Portugal and part of the post tour itineraries are included;
4. Sponsored flights do not include Business Class.
5. Flights include 1 checked luggage up to 50lbs;
6. Accommodation: only accommodation specified on the program(s) is sponsored and organized by VisitPortugal or/and the Regional Tourist Boards. Accommodation included on the program is booked on a B&B basis;
7. Meals: only meals specified on the program are sponsored and organized by VisitPortugal or/and the Regional Tourist Boards;
