What are my chances of winning? Last year, more than 200 companies across dozens of industries were honored. If your application can capture how your company has cultivated a culture of innovation, your odds are pretty good! Every entry will be seen by Fast Company editors. If I win, will I be featured in Fast Company? Yes! Winners will appear in the Fall issue of Fast Company and all honorees will be featured on fastcompany.com What are you judging applications on? Applicants will be judged on real and demonstrable commitments to cultivating a workplace that encourages innovative thinking. This includes factors such as team size, R&D budgets, internal education or re-skilling programs, patent applications, product pipeline, and internal recognition programs. What is the Innovative Leader of the Year Award? This category recognizes individuals at any level of your company, from CEO to department head, who have enhanced the innovation culture at your workplace.
