Attorneys are expected to make closing arguments Monday in the trial of Kimberly Potter. The former Brooklyn Center police officer is charged in the April shooting death of Daunte Wright.

It's expected to become the dominant strain in the U.S. in the coming weeks.

Tips: How to keep your friends, family and yourself safe while gathering for the holidays as omicron rises

Police in Moorhead, Minn., say seven people — four adults and three children — were found dead inside a home in the city on Saturday night. The cause of death remains under investigation but authorities said there were no signs of violence or forced entry to the home, and no known threat to the public.
