While the drought of 2023 is straining crop conditions, there hasn’t been any drought concerns when it comes to auction prices on used farm equipment, including combines and grain carts. Opposite of what you might think, preharvest is actually a good time to buy, according to Machinery Pete.

This recent sea of very warm water means cooler land temperatures surrounding the Gulf will be a long time arriving this fall. It even has an implication for Midwest farmers.
