There are just two weeks left to visit American Watercolors, 1880–1990: Into the Light, which showcases both well-known and historically underrepresented artists who have worked in this quintessentially American medium. In her review of the American Watercolors exhibition for the Bay State Banner, Susan Saccoccia reserves the highest praise for works by canonical Black artists, from Richard Foster Yarde to Beauford Delaney. Make plans to come see for yourself these marvelously diverse works spanning more than a century.
