Headlining chefs include Grant Achatz from Alinea (#15 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list), Gastón Acurio from Astrid & Gaston (#30) and Ashley Palmer-Watts from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (#45). Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain Hotel has opened Altitude Restaurant and Lounge Bar boasting magnificent views of the surrounding woodlands.
