  Million Dollar Fish Competition
On 1 October 2016, 101 barramundi will be
tagged and released at fishing locations across the Northern Territory for the Millian Dollar Fish Competition. One will carry a million-dollar prize tag and the other 100 fish will be worth $10,000 each if caught. Registrations are now open, with the competition running until 28 February 2017.   Long Chim to open in Melbourne and Sydney
Aussie expat David Thompson, head chef of World's 50 Best Restaurant Nahm in Bangkok, will open his Perth based Thai restaurant Long Chim in both Melbourne and Sydney.
     
  Sculpture at Barangaroo
From 6-21 August 2016, Sydney's Barangaroo will showcase 12 outdoor artworks from established and emerging artists. A selection of sculptures will grow and evolve over the 16 day period, with some interactive installations on show. Find out more here.
     
  2017 Santos Tour Down Under
