  Sydney and Melbourne’s newest rooftop bars ready for summer
Rooftop bars overlooking city skylines are popping up in preparation for summer. The newest openings in Sydney include Terrace at the East Village Sydney and The Light Brigade Hotel on trendy Oxford Street. The Rooftop Bar at QT Melbourne is officially open, as is a new bar on top of iconic Melbourne cinema Rivoli.
     
  Delicious Magazine names Australia's "most delicious restaurants"
Leading Australian food publication Delicious has released a top 100 restaurants list for both Sydney and Melbourne. Claiming the top spot in Sydney is suburban degustation restaurant Sixpenny and the Australian instalment of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, in Melbourne. Find out more here.
   
  Taste of the Opera House tour
From December, the Sydney Opera House will offer a new food tour. Guests will start at Opera Bar with a cocktail making class before a sushi making lesson with sake at Opera Kitchen. Lunch is then served at Portside Sydney and to top it off, Peter Gilmore’s iconic Sydney Opera House inspired pavlova at Bennelong. Find out more here.
     

       
 

     
  New sky high adventures in Margaret River  
Scenic Helicopters in Margaret River has launched three new exclusive tours, including Heli Fishing Down South, Pick a Lighthouse and Wine Tour by Air. Find out more here.
     
  Cairns Aquarium opening May 2017
Cairns is set to welcome the second largest publically accessible aquarium in Australia in May 2017. The aquarium will only feature local marine life and will be home to a unique Sleep with the Sharks experience. Find out more here.
     
  WA’s first floating barbeque experience  
Eco BBQ Boats has launched a floating barbeque experience in the coastal town of Mandurah in Western Australia. This unique circular boat does not require a boat license to drive, allowing anyone to enjoy a barbeque on the water. Find out more here.
