Tesla customer sues company for imposing ‘Supercharger fees’ A Tesla driver has sued the automaker over claims that it imposes fees on consumers who leave their electric vehicles charging for “too long.” The customer, Kevin Shenkman, says Tesla is charging these fees in violation of its promise of free charging for life.
